I am helping out a church and I'm the network guy but not too much a computer guy. The church is wanting to upgrade their computer that shows all the songs and verses.

Their needs are:
They have 2 monitors and 3 tv connected to the computer now through an HDMI switch but would love the ability to have control over at least one of the tv's

Computer needs to have enough processing power for the programs (media shout, power point)they run and all the monitors

Solution
Some comments on the parts:
1. I5-8400 is one of the fastest Intel cpus, coffee lake is the name launching last month or so.
2. 16GB rams are essential for multi-tasking including multi-monitor contents.
3. SSD will make booting and content loading speed very fast
4. PSU is very reliable and should last long
5. Case can be cheaper, and you guys can change to white color if you like.
This should do. The GPU has 2 HDMI ports, and you can use a dvi to hdmi cable to connect the 3rd tv. 1 monitor can connect to mb port, 1 to the gpu.

1500 bucks are a lot for a PC that plays audio most of the time. I recommend the following parts:

-i3 8100 CPU
-Asrock Z370 Killer Sli/Ac Motherboard (WiFi Ready)
-2x4Gb DDR4 RAM. Corsair, HyperX or G.Skill will do nicely.
-GTX 1050 Ti Graphics Card. Any brand will do, I recommend MSI or Asus or Gigabyte.
-Phanteks Eclipse P400 Tempered Glass Case. Ot is sturdy and looks good.
-550Watt EVGA SuperNova 550 G3 power supply
-Cryorig H7 air cooler or you can just install the Intel prototype one thst came with the cpu.
-2TB Western Digital Blue HDD

And windows 10 64bit os..
This should run programms and audio nicely!
