SD Card Reader acting as portable device

My SD Card Reader is acting as a portable device meaning that even when devices are unplugged it still shows up in the partition manager. I accidentally created this using DISKPART while wiping and want to know how to remove it. The "Disk" (Card reader) shows up in device manager under portable devices, is diskpart as disk 2, and partition manager.

It also shows in task manager with nothing plugged in.

The Icon of my SD Card slot in This PC has changed from the default "flat drive" to a "pc tower" shape. This occurred after I formated my multi partitioned SD Card with Raspbian on it. The slot works fine just looks odd.

right click on the icon and click Properties. click on the customize tab. at the bottom you should be able to select the default icon or another that you prefer. IDK why that changed, may have been the defaults on the last program that formatted the drive but it is easily changed

Turns out I have a different issue
