Sell locally through Craigslist. I have serious reservations about a build like yours that's only $410. That's a $650 used pc, easily. The 1060 alone would be at least half that.

This is through craigslist but they kept telling me they can build it cheaper on ebay for $400-450, 9 people same low ball prices even though I turned them away, now they say it's $380 now

LOL Ignore them. I just slide eMails like that to the trash and don't give them a second thought. I KNOW what my 4690K based gaming PC is worth. People troll all the time. 5 years ago Craigslist was nice for the most part. These days there are more trollers and just straight up bad people. UMMMM yeah, and that's why I sent you there :/ No it wasn't. They're the minority. I still deal with it when necessary.
