Hard drive Access Denied

Rebuilt pc after windows10 issues. Now when I try to look at one of the drives a pop-up appears drive H Access Denied. There is some stuff that Windows 10 put there on reinstallation

If it's 450MB then it's the recovery partition to reinstall Windows if necessary. You can safely delete the whole partition if you have a DVD or USB install media, as it won't work anymore anyway if you have since upgraded to a later 6-month version update such as build 1703 or 1709 from 1511 or 1607.

If it's 100MB and marked Active then don't touch it because it's the boot partition.

It's a 1tb and its virtually the whole drive. Can't remember how I got to see what's on it but it has some saved data after unsuccessful 're install. Bootable Windows 10 on another drive
