Dont know for sure but only DVI-DL supports 144Hz on that screen, HDMI is capped to 120Hz So I am guessing HDMI 1.2.

What hdmi version this monitor have?

It's an HDMI 1.4 port but only with support for up to 165 MHz TMDS clock, which means it's limited to 60 Hz at 1080p.

No it's not limited to 60hz at 1080p, I have benq XL2411, with HDMI I can 1920x1080 at 90hz with custom resolution ( NVIDIA ) and 120hz at 720p.
