Tom's New front page testing! Opinions??

So, this is the second time we've been subjected to the new front page for Tom's....

Although I can clearly see some improvements from the first implementation, I have to say that now, I'm finding the whole thing annoying. From the weird redirects to the .co.uk website forums, to the really slow loading times on articles and forums posts.It's disappointing. Since the new implementation, I've just changed my bookmark to the .co.uk site. No annoying login pop-ups, the same theme throughout the site. Much easier to read and much easier to navigate. I'm all for change, but this has been poorly deployed IMO.

Anyone have an opinion on this?

I feel that it is aweful I did post about this a month or two ago. It feels it was made for blind users, everything is so large and cumbersome.

It's constantly adjusts its sizing for me. Using in windowed mode as opposed to full screen.

Frankly feels like a form over function design.

I'm getting the same behaviour. The main site is now unusable, which is a shame.
