Computer Setup Tab not Editable

Hello all, was wondering if anyone else was experiencing the complications I have been.
I have been trying to set up my account and I came across the "Computer Setup" and the "Signature" tabs under My Personal Info. Unlike the rest of the information blocks, there are no edit buttons to enable them to be edited. I would like to list my PC build there some time, so any help on this would be appreciated.
