Running a Core i5 3570k, would getting the i5 7600k be a noticeable boost for gaming?

Microcenter is running a decent deal on the i5 7600k, about $180 - $30 if you get a mobo too. I have been running this 3570k since about the time they released and I am curious if the 7600k would be a good upgrade for gaming? (mostly GTA V and Overwatch at the moment on a 144hz monitor) I am tempted to wait for the 8400 to be in stock, but this current promotion got me interested.

Just ran a test and my CPU is bottlenecking my GPU. My CPU hits 100% in Overwatch, but the GPU (GTX 970) maxes out at 70%. Though looking into it, I am thinking I will go with the Core i7 6700K they have on sale for $270 as it looks like it will be much closer to the new i5 8400 on benchmarks if not beat it in a few places.
