Today I found an awesome deal here in Sweden were the ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Expedition OC costs now only 400£. ( other 1070s like the G1 cost around 460£ ) Thingnis the deal will only last today, 11/11.
On the other hand, the Gigabyte GTX 1060 6GB OC WindForce II costs me 305£, without a reduction, which fits my budget better.

I am going to pair either the 1060 or 1070 with:

B350 Tomahawk
Ryzen 5 1600 ( OC at 3.6-3.7 ghz with the stock cooler )
Eventually 16 gb of DDR4 at 2666 MHz ( maybe 4x4 gb ram as its hella expensive here, 170£ for 16 gb )
Samsung Evo 240 ssd + 1 tb hdd
CX650M Psu
Phanteks P400 chassi

And most importantly, a 144hz 1080p monitor ( currently waiting for Black Friday to purchase the parts )

So is it a good deal? Am I better of waiting until Black Friday, hoping for an even better deal? Or should I just stick to the gtx 1060? I'm mostly going to play games such as CSGO, PUBG, BF1, and turning down graphics for me isn't a big deal.

I can't give you an answer about future prices, you know your local market and prices better than I do.

What I can tell you is, for 144Hz gaming you want to get the GTX 1070. Yes, you can turn the settings down and use a 1060, but what about in a couple of years time when the graphics are more demanding? Sometimes it's better to spend a bit more and get something you'll be much happier with and will last longer into the future.

It's up to you which graphics card you end up buying, but, when you're buying quite good components and a good monitor, it seems a little silly not to buy the best graphics card you can afford to go with them.

Thank you for anquick answer! I defiantly agree with you. This build was aimed to be a little " future proof ", so the 1070 seems like a safe bet. Would you pay 35% more from a 1060 6 go to a 1070 under these circumstances? Considiring I am getting a 144hz monitor soon, plus that I am more then happy to turn down settings for more smoothness,

And also, can I dodge a bullet and go for 2x4 gb ram at 2666 MHz for now, as the 1070 exceeds my budget, and get the same exact kit later on? ( pretty ironic, I know )

I would pay 35% more for the 1070. Depending on which benchmarks you look at, the 1070 is 25-35% faster than the 1060. So it might seem like the1060 is a slightly better deal, but when you also consider what the extra performance of the 1070 gives you (a smoother gaming experience), I think it's still worth it.

As for getting 2x4GB now and more later, yes this is a good idea. There are not too many games where 8GB is not enough. There are a few games that will use more than 8GB if you have more, but they still actually run just fine on only 8GB.
