Solution
Take a look at the Event Viewer logs.

You should be able to find some entries just before or at the time of the crashes. Error codes and warning will be helpful.

Helpful link from within this forum:

http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-3128616/windows-event-viewer.html

Also use Task Manager, Resource Monitor, and Performance Monitor to observe your system. Watch for a few minutes, move the window to one side and play a game as you do when the crashes occur. Hopefully you will see some resource or service "max out" and be able to identify the source cause.

Takes time and effort. Just be methodical and take notes.

OneDrive link would not open for me.... HTTP 404 Error.

(And, by the way, per Paul NZ what is"gbprcm64.sys...

Make and Model computer, OS?

How old is the power supply? Have you checked that all internal cables and connectors are fully and firmly in place. (Unplug first.)

What about your graphics card? May not be fully up to the requirements of Pillars of Eternity vs Far Cry 4.

Physically check the connections then upload and reinstall new drivers via the device manufacturer's website.

Start with your graphics card.

I'm having what seems like the exact same problem except I cant figure out anything specific causing the BSOD. I could be playing a game, just browsing the internet, or doing nothing. About once a day I will get the driver_power_state_failure BSOD. I tried rolling back my NVIDIA drivers, fresh install of it, and now the most recent version (updated the 30th).

If I upload the DMP would someone be able to help me?
