144hz monitor should I buy one?

Hi, I wanted to buy a 144hz monitor (omen 25) and I didn't know if my computer could run it properly. I do not know much about computers so Im going to put the link down below so you can check the specs yourself.

Your GPU has dual link DVI so yes it will run 144hz monitor but not the one you mentioned! This one for example will work. http://www.benq.co.uk/product/monitor/xl2411z/
144Hz monitors are great and I can't imagine myself using anything but 144hz. If you have extra money you are willing to spend consider a g-sync monitor,which can go up to 240Hz depending on your FPS.
