AMD x4 860k overclock

Hi guys just a quick question. I have overclocked my 860k to 4.2ghz stable with a 0.00625 offset for the voltage. all the VRM and other stuff were all left alone. i prefer to have it go up higher maybe to 4.5ghz but it keeps crashing. I'm just wondering what clock speed others have achieved. (I hope i didn't lose the lottery!)

I have the same cpu, ive gotten it to 4.5 stable at a voltage of 1.40v, but it runs pretty hot.
