Intel I7 7700k running hot

I just got the intel i7 7700k and it seems to run very hot and I'm not quite sure why. I have done some research and nothing i have looked up is helpful. my temps are at 45c idle and when I play player unknowns battlegrounds it shoots up to 85c...I adjusted settings in BIOS and on windows and nothing has changed, checked thermal paste and its fine. Anyone have any suggestions?

That is indeed a tad warm, but, still below throttle speed....

AIO /block locked down fully/evenly? Radiator fan profile set to medium high to try to stay ahead of heat curve?

Is it overclocked? The i7-7700k have a reputation of having bad TIM used by intel which increases the temperature and there is mostly nothing you can do to make it cooler other than delidding and using your own thermal interface for the IHS.

The cooler is locked down tightly.. Fresh thermal paste, some other things happened and I had to reinstall windows.. Now bearly anything is installed and still cpu is running hot.. Corsair link allows me to set it to performance but it doesnt change the temp.. And I did not over clock it yet..
