After installing SSD, Alt + tab takes way longer than before.

Hey, so as i stated in the title, after changing to a SSD from a HDD and reinstalling Windows 10 it takes a long time to alt + tab out of games and back into them. My RAM/CPU/GPU is not fully used, at most up to 70%.

my specs:

Asus ROG Strix Z270F Gaming
Gainward NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB Phoenix
Intel Core i7 7700K
16GB DDR4 3000Mhz
And a new SanDisk 240GB SSD

1| You're on the latest BIOS revision?
2| Did you recreate your bootable USB installer prior to the reinstall?
3| You could try uninstalling and reinstalling your GPU drivers.
4| You can try a repair install and see if the issue is averted.
