100% GPU usage and 100 °C GPU Tempreture

Everytime i start my PC, my GPU goes crazy and the only way how to stop it is by ending something named "command line precompresson" in task manager. Does someone know how to fix this ?

Fix it myself, it was a virus hidden in Need For Speed Carbon folder, deleted it and problem is solved.
