No Sound at all! The problem started when I installed a new printer. May just be a coincidence. Any ideas?

My playback devices are not working. My computer is not recognizing speakers or headphones. My drivers are up to date. The problem started, or seemed to start, when I installed a new printer. That may just be a coincidence. Any ideas?

What are the specs for your system? Have you restarted the computer since the issue started?

did you check if the audio settings of your motherboard chipset are not off .
