I got this problem a month ago. My PC monitor goes black then it 'displays no signal" and then reboots. My PC reboots like this three times then it's stable after that. After a number of RAM testing and a couple number of driver and windows updates. It fixed it almost entirely and this problem only persist while I am playing a game. The computer is still on when this event happens and the the event is listed as Kernal Error 41. I also hear a fan(dont know its cpu fan or GPU fan) that is throttling down.

Possible Causes?
1. PSU Problems
2. Faulty RAM
3. Hard Drive Problem
4.Driver Problem
5.BIOS problem
6.Corrupt Windows?
7.Viruses

My Specs
CPU:Ryzen 1400 4-core 3.2 ghz processer
MotherBoard: ASROCK A320M Micro-ATX
RAM:G.Skill NT Series 8GB DDR4 2133Mhz
HDD:Seagate - BarraCuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
GPU: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB ACX 2.0
PSU: Gigabyte B700H 700w Bronze 80+

Any suggestions or solutions?
