I currently have a Radeon 6350 Small Form Factor (SFF) graphics card in a refurbished Dell Optiplex 760. I am using two monitors but would like to reduce that to just one monitor - a LG 25UM58-P 25 inch Ultra Wide IPS monitor. Would anyone know if the graphics card I have will support the monitor? I had the DVI connector on the back but I am concerned about the 21:9 aspect ratio. The video card has 2GB of VRAM.

Solution
That monitor requires a HDMI 2.0 connection. However the Optiplex does not have a very powerful PSU.

Mini-Tower = 305W Standard Power Supply; 255W 88% Efficient Power Supply, ENERGY STAR 5.0 compliant, Active PFC

I wouldn't add a GPU to the Desktop or SFF.
Desktop = 255W Standard Power Supply; 255W 88% Efficient Power Supply, ENERGY STAR 5.0 compliant, Active PFC
Small Form Factor = 235W Standard Power Supply; 255W 88% Efficient Power Supply, ENERGY STAR 5.0 compliant, Active PFC

GT 1030 Requirements
Minimum of a 300 Watt power supply.
Total Power Draw : 30 Watts

GTX 1050 Requirements
Minimum of a 300 Watt power supply.
Total Power Draw : 75 Watts

I had forgotten about the power supply requirement! Thanks.

This little system is working for me on a short term basis only. Eventually I want to get a much better system with larger power supply (700 watt) and super video card. For now it will have to do.

Thanks for your time!

This similar system with a GT 1030 only uses 184W and works with a 250W PSU.

You are probably Okay with a GT 1030.
I have put a 300W GT 1030 GPU in my GF's 250W system with no problem. But I can't recommend it.
A GTX 1050 setup uses 229W. With a 250W PSU that's cutting it too close for comfort.
