Solution
Yes, that page says it is active. The other page you first linked to did not say active. You should be fine then as long as the product does what it is supposed to do.

yes you will need an active converter. the 1xxx series cards do not have DACs (digital to audio converter) onboard any more. the result is that you will need an active converter. that looks to be right but I suggest you get a unit that is powered by USB like so.

from the page the resolution you listed is not on the supported list
"2. PC resolution supported: 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x768, 1280x800, 1280x960, 1280x1024, 1440x900, 1600x1200, 1680x1050 @60Hz, 1920x1080 @60Hz, 1920x1200 @60Hz"
I do not know if that means it will not work or if it will, be aware.

inno 3d gt 1030 0db

i just ordered it doesnt say active but some seller with "active " on the title has the same product also i read some buyer that he got a rx 550 working with this

So, that card has only DVI-D and HDMI 2.0. It does not have a DVI-I output so no native analog at all. It WILL have to be an active adapter and I can find no information on the unit you ordered. It is hit and miss with some of these no-name cables and adapters so you might get lucky and you might not. I've seen some of those work, and some not work. Since it does not specifically say it is an active adapter, my suspicion is that it will not work, but also it must be considered that often these asian made products do not have very good product information so it may actually BE active and they simply fail to include that information.

I guess you'll know, if it doesn't work.

This unit I know works for sure, and is a good quality product, but I don't know if it is available in your market even though Tripp-Lite is sold world wide.
