Change Email Address

See several older threads on this but no answer. Changing email addresses. Logged in to Tomshardware.com account but don't see a way to change the email. Created new Tom's account with new email but have somehow locked myself out after "multiple" attempts to signin to it. Can't find a way to rest that. I can ask for the password on the new account to be changed and it sends a verification email to my new email address. When I try to confirm, I get a server error. How can I fix this? Don't see any address to send questions like this.
