Good places to buy Windows 10 OEM 64-bit just product code

I need Windows 10 for my new build and have it downloaded onto a USB, I'm not getting an optical drive so I want one that's just the product key. Any good websites that aren't sketchy but cheap?

The install CD is not what costs. The license is the part that costs money.

So basically, anywhere I go will give me a CD and a product key? I just can throw the CD aside, use the USB, then use the product key provided?
