Alright guys, so I've had this problem ever since reformat and install a fresh version of Windows 10, every time I restart my computer I get this blue screen saying

"Your PC/Device needs to be repaired, A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed.

Error code: 0xc000000e"

and it will not start up unless I first load into the bios, then leave it.

Fairly confident it has something to do with a Windows 10 update as every time I update it, it restarts my computer and then I get the same message.

Would appreciate the help as it is a mild inconvenience leaving my PC on stand by all the time.

Cheers xx

Solution

Age is not always the best indicator of a part working as it should.

A windows update generating a hardware fault is far more difficult for me to accept than a random death of a previously working component (which I have seen 100's if not 1000's of times).

I would try to flash the bios and see what happens.

That has absolutely nothing to do with it at all. Age means nothing at all.
