Windows 10 is horrendously messed up.

I have no idea how this happened. I just recently got my computer repaired and windows 10 freshly installed on an SSD, and after installing geforce experience, my screen almost always looks something like this:https://imgur.com/gallery/9ExYE

Any idea why it's doing this? Ports seem to be fine, and it only started doing this after I installed geforce

I would try doing this and instead of loading the nvidia drivers, run windows update and see if the drivers offered by Microsoft work any better (they both made by Nvidia, MS drivers might be slightly older and work better): http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2767677/perform-clean-install-video-card-drivers.html

Note: forums don't like imgur galleries, if you right click the image and choose open image in another tab and use that link, then the img tags would have worked
