Should i buy a PG279Q or wait for PG27UQ ?

I've heard that it's coming out in Q1 2018 is that still the case or has it changed ?

PG278Q -->1440p
PG27UQ-->4k

4k on 27" is not a good idea, since e.g. Windows icons, etc. will be too small. 4k on 27" also does not really make a difference. The extra pixel density is not really noticeable. In order to push high fps on 4k, you need quite a lot more of hw performance, hence, more expensive PCV is required.

For now, I tend to stick with 1440p...PG279Q is the better pick for now.
