Second PC Screen?

so i know that the Kogan 55" Agora Smart 4K LED TV (Series 8 KU8000) is a lousy TV considering all of the bad reviews iv seen, but how about if i were to use it as a second PC screen, most of the bad reviews were towards the system not the screen color or quality of the screen its self. And for the price of only $500 its a 4k tv. Now im not sure about gaming on it, as the response time is 8ms. But thats not too much of a problem. Im mainly going to be using it to watch Netflix and play games that dont support 21:9 aspect ratio of my monitor. here the link if you wanna check it out.

Don't worry if it won't be the best computer monitor quality . . .
If it were mine, I would hook it up, and play around with it just for the fun of playing around with it.
