Can this .zip file be recoverable? If transferred from DVD to Phone?

I recently transfered a 7zip .zip file from my DVD to My Phone externally forgot to save the file to my desktop.

Is there any way to recover this file from my laptop? I had school papers in those zip files.

My dog chewed the DVD and I reset my phone by mistake forgot had the zip files on my phone.

What if I hire a expert in file recovery? Will that help?

Copying directly from a DVD to your phone...that file never existed on the laptop.
