Can't open Youtube website in any browser Windows 10 after update

Today when I turned on my laptop, it updated to some creators update and I cant open youtube in any browser. Chrome says: "This site can’t be reached". Thats it. I tried changing DNS server from control panel but no help. Some solution from Microsoft's forum but they aren't working for me.

Is it specifically a chrome problem? Can you reach other internet sites? (Don't know if you are posting via your phone or a different computer) Can you reach YouTube with Edge or IE?

Sorry. It was totally coincidence that my country's government banned YT, FB, and all news channel on exact same moment when I updated my windows. Phone YT app was working fine, so I thought update messed it up and I don't watch news lol. Everything is unbanned now though.

(If mods want they can delete this thread as it ain't gonna help anyone as chances of this happening is almost zero haha)
