which one is the best 1080p monitor from these ?

hello everyone
I am from india this is my specs
ryzen 5 1600 six core processor
asus prime B350 plus am4 motherboard
zotac gtx 1060 6gb amp edition
corsair vengeance 16 gb ddr4 8x2 ram
toshiba 1 tb HDD
DELL S2240L monitor
antec vp550 v2 PSU
6 cabinet fan
windows 10

I want to upgrade my 21.5 dell monitor and buy a new 24 inch one.. I have selected these 3 out of all monitors in market but I am confused to go for which one please suggest a good one for me and tell me its advantage over the other one . and I am choosing ips or pls panel cause i like them more than tn or any other panel so please help me .the monitor's link is below

Coming to the monitor upgrade, if I were limited to choosing only from the ones you listed I'd go with the Samsung one as it fits the necessities.
But if I'm allowed to recommend something not on this list I'd go with this:

Its an IPS panel and has great gaming features (including 1ms refresh rate)

Ps. How much did you get your GPU and RAM for? Did you get them from offline markets? Share an image of your build if possible

wow brother that monitor is amazing really thanks.. and yes I got my gpu and ram from offline markets. gpu was 23k and ram 12k INR
