Hi folks.
I have 4 old sata driven hanging around from old systems. They're only 80Gb but they are all identical, which made me think I should be able to build a speedy raid from them. The problem being I don't want them in a PC, I'd like them connected to a raspberry pi.
I suppose the first question is: would any raid benefit be lost trying to shove data through a usb 2 port, and second does hardware exist for this?
I could just get a few sata to usb controllers and hook them up separately, but where is the fun in that!!
Any ideas welcome. Thanks.
