How install windows 10 without losing data and usb?

Windows 7 is running in my system but am not having any microsoft excel, or office that belongs to windows 7.Am having windows 2010 excel am its not working out properly and always daqexp.dll files are missing message appears on the screen when i start the system.So can u please understand my problem and describe me with step wise solution.Hope u could understand my problem

Looks like daqexp.dll belongs to some wondershare program. Uninstall it or remove its entry from startup

If ccleaner is installed, go to tools/startup. Delete the entry for it here

Put your data on a USB stick and then install Windows 10. You should always have a back up of all of your data. After you install Windows 10 then you can put your data back on your computer.

I guess that if I understand your post correctly then you should;

1. Purchase a license for Windows 10
2. Keep your USB close to you, do not let it out of your site.

This will help you accomplish your task.
