Want my mouse/keyboard to wake computer from sleep

Hello,

So I have an IBUYPOWER PC model BB931. I wan't to make it so that the keyboard or mouse will wake the computer from sleep. But when I go into the keyboard properties, "power management" isn't there.
On the mouse, Power management is there, but "wake computer with this device" is greyed out.

Not sure what to do - can anyone help? Thank you.

Edit: My mouse is a logitech g502 and keyboard is logitech g413.

Do some mice and keyboard just NOT have the ability to wake a computer from sleep?
