I'm browsing Cyber Monday deals and need a new computer for streaming/gaming as my current one is dated and has overheating issues. For about $1395, I can get this computer on Cyberpower PC, roughly the exact same on PC Parts Picker (except the Cyberpower is supposedly $500 off). Please don't suggest build it yourself because its cheaper/better because I simply don't have the patience or desire to mess with it and am willing to pay a small premium for someone else to do it correctly for me. Also, with the "sale" the price is about the same if not a little cheaper with some extra goodies included. I wanna know if some of the parts are overkill or if I actually need liquid cooling. The original configuration includes liquid cooling but I have never had a water cooled computer and don't know if it's worth the maintenance or hassle or whatever else I need to worry about. Here's my build.

On CyberpowerPC, I used this default build (https://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/Battlebox-2017-Essential-Plus) and customized it to have the same parts as listed above, coming to around the same price. Feedback would be greatly appreciated!! I probably won't want to go over this price point by much. Thanks all.

You have built a solid rig. For a 1080p 60 HZ machine, this is a very good system.

The only thing that I would change is that SSD. I would get a 500GB at minimum. OS needs at least 100GB, preferably 150. Games today easily occupy 80GB per game. You can save up by getting a 520W PSU and put the money saved up towards the 500GB SSD.

Also, if you want to save up much more, you can get a Ryzen 5 1600 based PC which overclocked on the stock cooler would be almost equal in gaming performance with the i5. You will maybe lose 5 6 frames at FHD, and almost none at 2k and above. I like Ryzen 5 1600 because it is at 189 USD, comes with a stock cooler which is excellent to overclock it till like 3.7 GHz. So, its not just the CPU that you save money on, its also the cooler that you no longer need to buy. Plus AMD motherboards are cheaper than Intel Z370 motherboards.

See the following review. You will notice that Intel shines at FHD 1080p only if your target is above 100 FPS on an above 100 Hz monitor. If that is what you are also targetting then getting that i5 makes sense. But even then, your 1060 will bottleneck it.

I hope I did not confuse you. All in all, you have a very good build and the only thing that needs change is the SSD to 500GB. However, if you want to save money and not lose much performance at 1080p 60Hz, ryzen 5 1600 build will make more sense and it will be cheaper.
