1080p monitor running at 1360p

Right now its at 1360x768
When i run the resolution at 1080p, all the icons and taskbar, everything is super small to see.

That's normal. 1080p isn't that small, but I guess if you're not used to it it would be. Good thing you didn't get a 4K monitor.

no its screwed up, its supposed to be running 1080p but its not, and its abnormally small, like the cursor is the size of a needle man.

Right-click on the desktop, go to Display Settings, and change the scaling slider ("Change the size of...") to a higher value like 150%.

I agree with @volkgren, please provide a screenshot. Things will get smaller at higher resolutions for a given screen size, but the DPI of a 24" 1080p monitor isn't that high, things shouldn't be too tiny.

I just set it to 1080p and upscaled it from 100% to 125%. i didnt want but it works.
