which of these 3 computers is the better deal? asking for christmas shopping

its been a long time since Ive purchased or built a computer. and I dont have time anymore to build. The game has changed from when I knew anything. Last time I did a home build.. it was duel celrons in abit bp6 motherboards that I overclocked to 550. So, that pretty much lets you know I know nothing anymore.

So, If you were to pick between these 3... which would it be? which is the most stable and fastest of them? thank you

Uses are really for some eve online playing, rome 2 total war, and general internet usage

Im leaning towards the iBUYPOWER Desktop Computer NE835AFX more memory, has an ssd drive. thank you ahead of time.

Cyberpower would be the top choice, 2nd acer, last ibuypower which is not even worth looking at. There is no reason to be looking at a 5 year old cpu that wasn't really worthwhile even when it was released. If you want to buy something that old, buy it used. Ram and ssd is easily upgradable and the 1060 6gb is better than the 480 plus it's cheaper.

The second and third PCs are fairly close; the 1060 6 GB is slightly faster than the RX 480. I'd stay away from the FX-8320; it has more RAM and an SSD, but those are literally two minute installs and it's a disappointing 2011 platform.
