Recommendation for cheap laptop for specific purpose

I'm looking for a cheaper laptop that has the following specifications.

- Windows 10
- Dual Core, 2.5 GHz or faster processor
- 4 GB of RAM
- A video card with at least 1 GB of VRAM.

Specs can exceed if it's cheaper than this option https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16834234720 . If there are any suggestions for something sub $300 I'd be thrilled to here them or a better site to check then Newegg for this kind of thing.

Can you provide more information about the "purpose"?

Reason I am asking is that the purpose may have requirements that the sub $300 laptop products cannot support.

Low end, low cost laptops often fall short in one way or another.

And read the 4 (at this time) reviews on the product link. Product does not seem too promising as is at $400.

Lower priced products are likely to be even more problematic or unsatisfactory for many purposes.
