No, the monitor's HDMI port is only version 1.4, and does not support more than 60 Hz. You need either a DVI port or a DisplayPort port on your PC, if you have a laptop that only has HDMI it is impossible to connect to that monitor at more than 60 Hz, return it and buy one that supports 144 Hz over HDMI like the ViewSonic XG2401.
