New computer build restarting randomly

I just finished building my new system yesterday and everything seemed to be fine but windows has now started shutting off and restarting randomly. In games such as overwatch character models and sounds won't load for a minute or so then the game crashes shortly after. Any help as to what might be happening would be much appreciated.

My build:
Asus Strix B350f
Corsair h60
Ryzen 1700x
Zotac 1070 GTX mini
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb
Seasonic S12 620W
Samsung 850 500gb
Seagate Barracuda 2tb
Phanteks Enthoo Pro

Ryzen is also picky about RAM. What speed are you running the memory at? Whats the full model of the memory you have?

I am not overclocking. I'll check temp when I get home from work. As for the RAM it's the Corsair Vengeance LED 16gb (2 x 8gb) DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600)

I'm not seeing that memory on the QVL for that motherboard, and in the reviews online I'm seeing people are having trouble getting 3200 on Ryzen systems. Drop the memory to 2133, and see if that solves the problem. If it does, you can slowly increase the speed until you find the max.
