This is driving me crazy. Example if I left click C: drive, then hit right click to go to Properties, After about 5 seconds, File Explorer closes.

FWIW I have already ran SFC /SCANNOW.

Solution
I assume you aren't using any programs that change start menus appearance or replace file explorer? apart from that shellexview thing linked

Try doing a clean boot and see if it makes any difference: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows
If it does, it could mean its one of your start up programs causing the problem, slowly re add them to find the problem.

which version of win 10 are you on?
right click start
choose run...
type winver and press enter
Current version is 1709 Build 16299.44

i saw a few suggestions to try running SFC in safe mode, might make a difference.
Make sure Win 10 isn't in tablet mode

Did you try DISM?
right click start button
choose powershell (admin)
Copy/paste this command into window:
Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and press enter
SFC fixes system files, DISM cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC

See if any of these help: http://www.surfacetablethelp.com/2017/02/fix-right-click-properties-not-workingopening-in-windows-10.html

Colif thank you, unfortunately none of that works. I do not know if this might be helpful or not but the problem seems only to happen if I use FILE EXPLORER. If I have a file on my Desktop, I can Right-Click and it works correctly. But if I use FILE EXPLORER, no go. Right-Click and in about 5 seconds FILE EXPLORER closes like you would hit the X.
