Everytime I try to update my computer, my monitor will go to "No DVI Detected," and black screen. This is day 1 with my brand new computer.

AMD Ryzenn 5 1400 rx 580
1tb 8gb DDR4 SSM

ASUS VG248 144hz 1ms monitor 24"

When I tried updating drivers on PC I got the "NO DVI SIGNAL" and after 30 minutes of waiting our a black screen, I force restarted.

Next, I saw I had a windows 10 update version 1709. 11% in to the update the same "NO DVI DETECTED" and was forced to hard shut down PC. Now, I just got the NO DVI DETECTED" after restarting the windows 10 update around 65%.

The computer continually runs and is seemingly still updating, just not transferring the visual to the monitor any longer.

What is going on?? I don't want to ruin my brand new out-of-the box computer by continually hard shut down to complete updates.
