Help with display, its really messed up since last update of win 10

hello i have a pretty weird issue with my display after the update, last night it was working fine but today when the updates were installing around the 50% the screen flickered and looked a bit weird, wasn't that worried since i know that the updates sometimes changes a few things before fixing themselves but when it was completed my screen looked like this https://prnt.sc/hi37a8
i change the resolution to a higher one and it looks alright but when i try to go back to the recommended 1366X768 goes back to the messed display plz help

so it sounds like a video driver issue. and you mention you have it set to a higher resolution, can you tell me what make/model computer/laptop you have ? and what resolution you are using that works properly?
