How do I clean my TV?

Lg says not to use any liquid, unfortunately, liquid was used once before, and now the water drying stains wont come off easily. I've been rubbing it with a microfiber cloth which works, but takes forever. Is there anything I can use?

A soft cloth dampened with rubbing alcohol (70% is fine, just dries slower) to help dissolve the residues.
