OBS dropping Fps after couple hours of streaming.

i recently started streaming and ive noticed that my OBS is actually dropping frames after a while of streaming. when i say dropping frames i mean that it will be recording at 60fps then it will randomly drop down to mid 30s about after an hour of streaming. my pc specs are a gtx 1070 gaming x, i7 7700k 4.2Ghz , 16gb g skill ripjaws. and 2 2TB hdds and a 500gb m.2 thanks for any help!

Are you using CPU or GPU encoding?

Are you monitoring utilization? CPU/GPU specifically.

i think it might have been the encoding. i had it to NVEC and i set it to the x264. ill give it a try
