Should I use gigabyte ultra fast boot?

Hello,

Im wondering if its safe to use Ultra fast boot by Gigabyte.
It would be nice to have my pc boot up real fast.

Please suggest me if i should use it and if its safe.
I dont mind fast boot also.


Specs:
Ryzen 1600
Gigabyte Aorus X370 K5
Trident Z RGB 16
WD 1 TB
650 Watt PSU

If you have multiple OS installed on your pc, then it's recommended to disable fast boot.
How often do you restart your pc?

Generally I wouldn't enable fast boot unless you're rebooting multiple times per day.

Fast boot, saves a couple of seconds during the post hardware check, as it stores a snapshot of the current configuration. If you don't change hardware or multi-boot, then by all means use it unless it causes issues.
