Windows 10 transfer to another pc?

is it possible to transfer a windows 10 product key or license to another pc. if you deactivate the product key on your old pc?

As long as you have the product key and a bootable USB installer, you can use it as many times as you want on the PC you're looking to upgrade/migrate to. The product key is valid for one machine at a time, mind you.

could you please link me to a tutorial on how to do this correctly? and it says my windows is activated with a digital license that is linked to my microsoft account. does that affect anything?

How to deactivate windows.

After that, on the new/other machine, set up a user account with your microsoft account, or connect an already existing user with it. After that, Windows should activate itself automatically by reading the Product Key from your Microsoft account. If that doesn't work, you'll have to enter the Product Key manually - Windows should prompt you for it.
