Solution
you maybe have a program thats loading them? or causing this issue to occur then.

have you updated recently? try a system restore (restart in safe mode and remove those files) also might help

what os is this?

remote calls requiring admin permissions from someone/thing other than you maybe be a nasty. (Remote Procedure Call - though i am ltold that rpc is also used for communication between protected areas within a pc/host)

run av?

use avast / avg / bitdefender - (all free) as anti virus

use superantispyware / malwarebytes / spybot - as anti spyware

i personally dont rate malwarebytes as an av, more like a spyware/adware remover with registry nasties remover

well I just ran avg, came back clean. maleware keeps detecting the same 9 files, I quarantine restart, then when i restart and rescan just to make sure they are gone it says they are still there. even if i delete them as well.
