Mid vs. Full Tower - Airflow & Performance Query?

Is there any difference in airflow between a Mid and Full Tower chassis, and if so will this impact CPU performance (specifically on Threadripper) when used with a AIO liquid cooler?

Really it depends on the case as long as it has good cable management and all the parts fit I perfer a mid tower where the rad will fit in the top blowing heat out instead of front mounted blowing warm air into the PC.
