Looking for best graphic card for my system

My system information:
CPU: intel Q9559 2.83 12M cache
RAM: kingstone 2×4GB 1333
PSU: 430W(6 pin output for graphic card)
Motherboard: ECS G41T-M16(PCI express 2.0)
Graphic Card: gigabyte GT 630 2GB

I know that my system is too old but now I dont have enough budget to buy a new one, My purpose is gaming(at least on low quality), so I can only change my graphic card.
What graphic card do you suggest?
I dont want a very powerful one, I only want the best one according to other part of my system.
Some of graphic card that availeble in my country and I can buy them are:
Geforce GT 740 4GB
Geforce GT 1030 2GB
Geforce GTX 750 Ti 2GB
Geforce GTX 1050 2GB
Radeon RX 550 2GB
Radeon RX 550 4GB

I dont have enough money to buy any graphic card higher than GT 1030 2GB

Don't bother with the 4gb low end cards. Pick from the 1050 to 750 Ti to 1030, with the 1050 being fastest and the 1030 being slowest.

My other parts of my pc are pld, is it worth that i buy 1050 instead of 1030?
Does it make a difference, or other parts are bottleneck?

your CPU will bottleneck in some games, in others not that much. Would prefer the GTX 1050. The GT 1030 will get you an ok performance.

A RX560 would be an option too.

I have enough money to buy GTX 1050, but GT 1030 has half price.
I dont want to play in high setting, low setting is enough for me, so if the 1030 help me run games in low setting, and the 1050 doesnt provide double performance, I rather spend less money.

According to your guides and information that I gathered beforce, I decided to buy MSI GT 1030 AREO 2GB OC.
I hope make a good choice.

Btw. do you have a digitial input on your monitor? The new graphics card won´t provide VGA. Just DVI-D (without analogue signal) and HDMI.
So if you have a VGA monitor, you will need an extra active converter like:
