It would, but probably if you game and stream you could use more cores instead of higher clocks...
Get the I5 6 Core 8600K and overclock to get over 4Ghz+

There are a few things to consider.

#1 being, Be sure to have a proper monitor for this awesome build. a 1080p monitor won't do you any good. 4k or 2k 144hz would be top choices.

#2 just a little breakdown on some parts;

CPU: i7-7700k has moved down on the tier scale drastically since intel 8th gen came out. Because 7700k has 4 physical cores and 4 HT, while as mentioned above, an i5 - 8th gen has 6 cores, 6 real cores is better than 4+4ht. But this being said, I suggest you go with i7-8700. Reasons for this is that even with an intense overclock, i5-8600k has a hard time keeping up with an i7-8700, plus you get 6extra threads (better for future, and longevity). The i7-8700 will boost to 4.6Ghz on single core tasks, and 4.2~4.5Ghz (approx.) on multicore tasks, each core has it's own frequency when in turbo boost mode.

CPU cooler; for an 8700... a stock cooler will do, but you've got a nice case, so have fun, get something good looking. But I would suggest just stay with air... something under 50euro will do just fine (you've got many options)

Motherboard: this one is all on you, RGB and so on. I just put my pick in

Ram: really anything 3000mhz 2x8 is good. Try have lower CAS (this is more expensive ram), but not necessary. (too bad Trident Z ram doesn't seem to be available in your country)

Storage: How come no SSD? this is a must in a system like this, or any for that matter. The only ones that skip out on it, are the 400euro builds. This'll make your PC feel very fast, cutting load times significantly.

GPU: again, your pick, but i put mine. have fun with RGB since you have an open case.

PC case: I wouldn't personally choose this, just because it's very open to accidents... but if you have safe space for it.... it should be good for you

You seem to be flexible in your budget... have fun with it, make sure to get some RGB eye candy flowing there ;)
