There is no real choice here. G-sync only works with Nvidia and Freesync only works with AMD. So you are left with the option of: to get s-sync or not.
It is beneficial if you have the Budget for it.

Besides that, the 1440p and 144hz is obviously a lot better than the 1080p and 75 hz. I can't advice you on the prices as I dont know which screens you are referring to.

Size wise, this depends on personal preference and how far you are from the screen. However if you want to go bigger than 27 inch, do it with a Gsync monitor and not with the above one.

I bought the Dell S2417DG yesterday myself. 24 inch but 1440p, gsync and 165hz. Might be a good option if you want to consider 24 inch. If not, do not take the bigger Dell s2716DG as I...

The one thing you don't mention is the display type. Do you want a TN, IPS or VA panel? Is your best experience best picture quality or is it lowest input lag for competitive gaming?

The IPS and VA panels have better picture quality but worse input lag. They are generally more expensive than TN too. You can find a ton of information about this everywhere so just google it :).
