How do I reinstall Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter if it doesn't appear in the "add legacy hardware" menu in Device Manager

My Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter is missing, and I am trying to reinstall it. I've read forums that say to use the "add legacy hardware" option in device manager, but when I open that menu, there is no option for the Teredo Adapter. Any alternate ways to install it or a way to make it appear?
